The following program is designed for individuals who are able to run 10kms or 1 hour comfortably.  The goal is to complete a 23-25km mountain running race.

  • 5-6 training workouts per week including hill training, endurance training & trekking workouts.

'Intermediate' Kusam Klimb Mountain Race
14-Week Training Plan

The following program is designed for individuals who are able to run 12kms or 1.25 hour comfortably.  The goal is to complete a 23-25km mountain running race in 4-6 hours.  This plan has higher training volume and intensity than the 'Novice' plan and is designed for those seeking a bigger challenge.

  • 12-weeks of progressive mountain run training
  • 5-6 training workouts per week including hill training, endurance training & trekking workouts.
