Single Day 'Sprint'
12-Week Adventure Race Training Plan

The following program is designed for individuals seeking to complete a 20-30km Sprint Adventure Race in 4-6 hours.  Prerequisites for starting this program include: Ability to run 45minutes, mountain bike 1hour.


This really is the 'anyone' can do it Adventure Race Training program! The program includes 3 days of running and 2-3 days of paddling and biking each week. The program will progress your fitness from general to specific before ensuring you peak for your big event in 12-weeks.

Plan Includes:
12 weeks of detailed workouts for Run, Bike and Paddle training


3 periodized blocks of training including General Preparation, Specific Preparation and Pre-Competition
